On June 5, 2025, the foundation works for Buildings 36 and 61 of the Dijincheng Phase V project successfully passed inspection and acceptance, indicating that the project has officially entered a new phase of main structural construction. The inspection was jointly carried out by the Pizhou Quality Supervision Office, along with representatives from the construction, supervision, design, geotechnical survey, and contracting teams.

The inspection process involved meticulous on-site quality checks and thorough reviews of technical documentation. Key elements examined included actual measurements of span dimensions, the quality of concrete pouring, the layout of settlement monitoring points, and the effectiveness of basement waterproofing. Following a comprehensive evaluation, the inspection panel reached a unanimous conclusion: the foundation works were executed to a high standard, with all technical indicators fully meeting design requirements and regulatory specifications. The submitted documentation was deemed complete, accurate, and verifiable. Based on these findings, the foundation works were formally approved, laying a solid and dependable groundwork for the high-quality construction of the superstructure in the next phase.
